Senior Business Objects Developer

A large financial institution in Zürich is looking for a Business Objects Developer.

Your main tasks will be:

The team provides Business Objects Universes and Reports for various Projects in the Operations area. Beside profound Business Objects knowledge this position strongly requires an autonomous way of working in small interdisciplinary project teams.

The needed skills and qualifications:

• Profound knowledge of the Business Objects tool suite (BO XI 2 or higher)
• Proven record of Universe and Report development
• Strong analytical skills preferably in the finance area
• Long term data modeling experience in an analytical environment (data warehouse
  knowledge) with very large data volumes
• Strong communication skills
• Is familiar and feels comfortable to work in small interdisciplinary teams (Business
  analysts, Business users, System engineers, developers) with partially overlapping responsibilities
• Autonomous and exact way of working
• Dynamic behavior and readiness for action
• Responsible and solution oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player
• Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
• Cognos knowhow is an asset

Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Salary / Rate: Market Rate
