Data Warehouse Specialist – Data Architecture / Data Modeling
On behalf of our client, we require a data modeler/ data architect with extensive data warehousing experience in the banking arena.
Our client’s DWH program spans all business divisions from retail through to investment banking. The successful candidate requires an in-depth, practical understanding of the architectural implications of establishing the data model landscape across this global context.
Mandatory requirements include:
- Minimum of 7 years project experience acquired over a minimum of 2 distinctive data warehousing projects.
- Banking business know-how, specializing in at least one business area in addition to core banking (e.g. Credit Risk, Market Risk, Investing Banking, Financial Accounting)
- Experience in developing Information architectures within the business intelligence context
- Developing data models from logical/conceptual through to physical design
- Proven experience of data warehouse principles & concepts
- Dimensional & ER modeling
The successful candidate will join an established team where our challenges focus upon extending the business coverage of the DWH within an architectural framework.
