If you prefer, you can begin shortlisting candidiates in house as we maintain a database of skills profiles for all of our IT and business professionals and provide on-line access to all of these professionals to allow them to keep their skills profiles up to date.
We provide access to our database to clients to search for skills profiles based on the client’s criteria. Clients see anonymized profiles as a first step and we disclose the details of candidates only having had approval from the candidate. We disclose details of our client and the position when seeking this approval from the candidate.
