For Recruiters:

Login/password protected area for conducting candidate searches using predefined skills criteria
On-line anonymized profile summaries for candidate shortlists from your searches
CV request submissions for selected candidates

The process:

Each specialist in our on-line database maintains their own skills profile and uploads their latest CV with the login/password we provide
Our clients perform candidate searches in the Recruiter area with their own personal login/password and can immediately view anonymised career/skills summaries for our top specialists
Our clients select a shortlist of candidates matching their skills criteria and submit a request on-line for their CVs
Once we have approval from a candidate we send the personal CV of a requested candidate
Following evaluation of submitted CVs, we assist our clients and candidates through the recruitment process from interview to job induction.
